I have to say, these are the best mutes I’ve ever had! What really excites me is the easy response and excellent intonation. Thanks to the red rubber, the mute stays firmly in place right away – no worries about it falling out, and that’s the real clever part! On top of that, the friendly and knowledgeable advice and fast shipping make the experience complete. A MUTE is truly a recommendation!

I’ve now completely switched my set of mutes to A-Mute. Especially for me as an “ambitious amateur,” the excellent intonation and the barely noticeable change in resistance are incredibly helpful. The flexibility to adjust the mute to different bell sizes using the interchangeable rubber pads is also a big plus compared to “typical” mutes — and in terms of sound, A-Mute doesn’t fall behind at all (quite the opposite…). So: definitely give them a try!

A very fine series of trumpet mutes! Well-balanced across all registers, with a pleasant feel and a beautiful, focused tone. I use them both in the orchestra pit and on the concert stage!

Absolutely amazing mutes!!! No issues with intonation, and every mute has a truly great sound! The resistance feels very comfortable in all registers — great playability. The sound projects well, which is perfect for playing in the orchestra pit. Quick changes are no problem at all, since the mutes fit and release easily and quickly. They're also pleasantly lightweight, so the trumpet’s balance doesn’t shift too much forward, and the playing feel remains virtually unaffected. The flexibility with the rubber pads is fantastic — you can adjust to each instrument individually. The system is brilliant. These mutes are definitely a great addition to everyday orchestral playing!

The mutes work amazing with my trumpets. Especially the cup mute with big bell German trumpet. And the Jazz straight has perfect centre!!!
