The A-Mute Cup mute for piccolo trumpet is lightweight, compact, and easy to play.
It offers clean intonation and a warm, open sound.
Through the use of Rubber pads in different thicknesses the sound can be varied - more open or more closed as required.
This allows the musician to customise the sound character.
In terms of playability, this cup mute is similar to the straight version for piccolo trumpet, but offers a softer and rounder sound.
