MultiTone Straight Mute for Trumpet

The MultiTone Straight Mute for Trumpet was developed for musicians who are looking for more tonal variety in a single straight mute. For this reason, the mute features a specially developed thread system. This allows you to quickly and easily change the interchangeable sound boosters, which serve as the bottom plate.

Three different sound boosters are included in the delivery.

Copper Sound Booster

The copper sound booster offers a warm and full sound. This makes it suitable for many musical situations where a slightly stronger and rounder tone is desired. It can also be an interesting tonal option, especially for supporting or characterful passages.

Stainless Steel Sound Booster

The stainless steel sound booster offers a clear and direct sound character. This makes it suitable for many musical situations where precise response and a slightly brighter sound are desired. It also supports a focused playing feel.

Wood Sound Booster

The wood sound booster provides a softer and warmer tone color. This makes it especially suitable for lyrical passages and a gentler sound character. At the same time, it offers a pleasant alternative for versatile musical applications.

Free Playing Feel with Low Resistance

The mute offers a free playing feel with low resistance. This keeps the response pleasantly direct and the playing feel natural. It also supports comfortable use over longer periods.

Hexagonal Design for Practical Handling

The hexagonal design reliably prevents the mute from rolling away when placed on a surface. At the same time, the mute sits securely in the hand and makes quick mute changes easier in everyday musical situations. This makes handling especially practical.

Interchangeable Rubber Pads

Included in the delivery:

• 1x Set of 5.6 mm Rubber Pads
• 1x Set of 5.0 mm Rubber Pads

With rubber pads in 4.7 mm or smaller, the mute is also suitable for Eb trumpet. Additional rubber pads are available separately, allowing further adjustments.
